Film Location at Le Seguinet
Lot-et-Garonne is a magical landscape of chateaux, vineyards, forests and valleys, and some of the most picturesque villages in France (Les Plus Beaux Villages de France) and our luxury Domaine Le Seguinet nestles in the heart of this peaceful countryside.
The 18 acre, 200 year old estate is a perfect filming location, and can also be hired for advertising and fashion shoots.
The grounds feature an elegant manor house (French manoir), two rustic and pretty cottages, swimming pools, extensive gardens, an orchard and a lake; the estate is bordered by a river.
We have meticulously renovated the property interiors and exteriors, restoring many of the original features. Tapestries line the walls, there are exposed beams, stone walls and oversized doors and windows. The manor house features the original and rather magnificent stone staircase.
Our current project is rebuilding the old millhouse and forge that original made cannon balls for Napoleon’s armies!
